Our Corporate/Commercial practice is led by Paul Sheridan who has been advising clients in relation to business in Oman for more than 30 years. Bait Al Qanoon is the go to firm for first-time foreign investors, who enter the Oman market by way of joint ventures, branches, commercial agency arrangements or, more recently, wholly-owned subsidiaries. We build strong relationships to understand our clients needs and ensure a smooth turnkey solution for investors. We continue to offer a high level service beyond set up to support the client in relation to their ongoing business in Oman. Our clients also include some of the most respected family-owned groups in Oman, companies listed on the Muscat Securities Market, and closed joint stock companies. We seek to advise clients on both the law and the practice and we have strong connections with most Ministries and other Government bodies.
