Shahla is an Associate Lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial Department. Shahla advises and assists ITC clients on a range of property and corporate matters, including property transfers, service charge payments, drafting sale contracts, and reviewing and negotiating Sale and Purchase Agreements. Shahla also advises on labour matters, potential litigation between ITCs and owners or tenants, and inheritance related issues. Shahla is currently seconded to Al Mouj Muscat SAOC, supporting the Legal Department.
