 Shahla is a dedicated associate lawyer with a specialization in corporate

matters with extensive experience in the Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure

sectors. She provides comprehensive legal advice and support on a variety of

complex issues.


She assists in providing legal advice for ITC on a broad range of matters

including property transfer, payment of services charge, drafting sale contracts

and reviewing SPA’s, labour law and regulation advice, potential litigation

matters and inheritance enquiries.


Shahla is bilingual and has the ability to draft and negotiate in English and

Arabic. Before joining the team at Bait Al Qanoon, Shahla worked with an

international law firm for four years.
