After completing her training with an international law firm, Noor joined our team at Bait Al Qanoon as an Associate. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Noors'  expertise and knowledge in the corporate arena is extensive, and she provides support to the Partners.  As an experienced legal researcher, Noor advises clients on how to mitigate risk and maintain compliance within their business practice. Noor has recently been involved in restructuring an international law firm and an international audit and accounting firm in relation to its Oman operations, and also in restructuring and advising family group companies.

Noor is adept at drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on company formation, share transfers and foreign direct investment. Noor's clients vary from individuals, multi-national companies, and government authorities.

Noor is also involved in employment law and litigation work,  including drafting contracts, termination letters, labor disputes, and advice on Omani labour law matters.
