- Reviewing and organising case files, drafting standard procedural correspondence, preparing court bundles, and managing case logistics across all stages of legal proceedings.
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking applications, appeals, execution and enforcement files before courts, public authorities, and enforcement judges.
- Preparing official correspondence directed to courts, public prosecution, police departments, and administrative bodies, ensuring timely submissions and prompt retrieval of judicial notices and judgments.
- Conducting initial research across primary Omani legislation, royal decrees, ministerial decisions, and relevant judicial precedents to support lawyers in drafting pleadings and legal opinions.
- Assisting with client communications, evidence collection, document verification, and information gathering to ensure thorough evidentiary preparation for ongoing matters.
- Monitoring hearing schedules, statutory limitation periods, and procedural timelines, and maintaining record keeping to mitigate any risk of procedural dismissals.
