Mussadak Mirza is a commercially astute British barrister with over 20 years of litigation and advisory experience. A graduate of the University of Oxford (Master’s degree), he has appeared frequently before the High Court and the Senior Courts Costs Office at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. In the UK, he practises from Cobden House Chambers.

Recognised for his pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Mussadak is meticulous in preparation and strategic in delivery. His analytical and tactical strengths consistently contribute to successful outcomes in complex disputes. He holds CIArb Certificates in International Arbitration and Arbitration Award Writing.

At Bait Al Qanoon, his consultancy work spans company formation, mergers and acquisitions, the sale and purchase of shares and assets, foreign investment, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and legal due diligence. His extensive background in industrial and occupational disease litigation, particularly in the steel, rail, coal mining, and shipbuilding sectors, provides a strong foundation for advising on construction disputes, mining ventures, and maritime claims.

As the UK Lead of the Omani British Lawyers’ Association (OBLA), Mussadak promotes professional collaboration between the UK and Oman. He delivers training and webinars for Omani lawyers and trainees in partnership with the British Omani Society (BOS) and the Cultural Attaché of the Omani Embassy in London. He also contributes legal articles on Omani law to OBLA and the BOS Corporate Newsletter.
