Mujtaba is a senior associate at Bait Al Qanoon. He is a Pakistani qualified lawyer with over 12 years of experience in handling complex corporate, commercial banking, and finance matters.
During his career, Mujtaba has worked as a senior associate in a leading law firm in Pakistan, where he handled, contentious and non-contentious, corporate and commercial matters, human resource issues, banking and finance matters, and dispute resolutions.
Before moving to Oman to join Bait Al Qanoon, Mujtaba was heading the Corporate Legal department of a leading bank in Pakistan, having a presence in multiple jurisdictions, where he handled several merger and acquisition matters, dispute resolutions along with his primary responsibility of handling banking and finance matters.
Mujtaba is bilingual, fluent in both English and Urdu.

We are thrilled to announce that our team lead by PaulSheridan and assisted by Mujtaba Ali Kazmi and Farah Al Qubtan represented the Omani-Malaysian joint venture between Neem Projects and Solace Asia (”Salwa”) in closing the deal for first of a kind PPP Project in Oman. Salwa has been awarded the PPP project for constructing and operating a state-of-the-art drug rehabilitation center in Suhar, the Al Taafi Suhar Centre for Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation.
