Hawaa recently joined Bait Al Qanoon as a Trainee Lawyer and assists the corporate team.  Hawaa assists with advising clients on company formation, share transfers, and reviewing commercial contracts.

Hawaa aides with drafting memorandums, statements of claims and conducts legal research to advise clients on how to achieve their desired outcome.

Hawaa is currently involved in establishing joint stock companies and advising

foreign clients with all aspects relating to commencing operations in the

Sultanate of Oman.
