Hawaa is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Bait Al Qanoon. She joined the firm in 2023 as a Trainee Lawyer. Hawaa holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham and is bilingual in English and Arabic. 

She advises both local and international clients on company incorporations, share transfers, and all aspects of establishing and operating businesses in the Sultanate of Oman. She also assists with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and providing practical legal opinions.
