Farah Al Qubtan is an associate at the Corporate and Commercial department. Farah started her legal career at Bait Al Qanoon in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Reading (2019) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (2020). Farah is registered as a Primary Court Lawyer with the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.
Farah provides strategic legal advice to clients on foreign direct investments and public-private partnership projects. She specializes in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, ensuring that agreements comply with Omani legal standards and international best practices. She has experience negotiating transactions, particularly in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Farah also assists clients with legal due diligence to understand the Omani market, identify investment opportunities, and navigate legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, she regularly engages with regulatory authorities to facilitate business licensing, approvals, and compliance with evolving legal frameworks in Oman.

We are thrilled to announce that our team lead by PaulSheridan and assisted by Mujtaba Ali Kazmi and Farah Al Qubtan represented the Omani-Malaysian joint venture between Neem Projects and Solace Asia (”Salwa”) in closing the deal for first of a kind PPP Project in Oman. Salwa has been awarded the PPP project for constructing and operating a state-of-the-art drug rehabilitation center in Suhar, the Al Taafi Suhar Centre for Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation.
