Ahmed joined the advocacy profession in late 2009 and worked with several international law firms before joining Bait Al Qanoon.   Ahmed is the Firm’s Founding Partner. Throughout his professional career, Ahmed tackled several cases for first-class companies in various fields such as energy, insurance, tax, telecommunications and labour. Ahmed represents multinational engineering and construction companies in construction claims, as well as representing  clients before the Tax Authority and the Omani Courts in erroneous taxation claims; and other confidential instructions from the government. Ahmed is licensed to appear before the Courts of Appeal.


Ahmed has substantial experience in tracing legal practices and employing them in advisory and counseling for his clientele. Ahmed has extensive legal knowledge and  has published numerous articles in leading legal periodicals and news forums.


Ahmed is the Firm’s Compliance Officer.
